Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $5.99, or FREE on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $14.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — $29.99
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, LunaSea Coastal ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@lunaseacoastal.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
